The Brio at the Boulevard, a luxury living community in Long Island, wanted a brand that matched their identity as a stylish and luxurious community. They decided on a collection of brand words including stylish, trendy, luxe, playful, and sophisticated. Once their brand vision was established, we designed and presented three logo and color scheme options with refined, relaxing aesthetics. The Brio chose an option that included script with a monochromatic green color scheme—a logo that balanced their high-end, luxurious style equally with their tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
